Not your size? Return for Store credit.

You send the product back to us, we check it’s in original condition and then issue the credit note for the product purchase price. You can put that towards the perfect hat, bag or print etc. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product from the By The Horns Select Range. 

Damaged? 

You will need to lodge the return, then send us a photo of the damaged hat or bag via email for approval.  Once approved, you can send the product back to us, we check it’s in original, unworn/unused condition and issue the refund for the product purchase price. You need to lodge the return within 10 days of receiving the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be credited, however an exchange for size for the same hat can be issued. 

* Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

* Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We hope you love your new By The Horns - Muse bag and are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, please notify us + return your item within 14 days. Item must be in original condition, unused with tags to receive a refund for a change of mind. 

- We do not accept returns for items shipped outside of New Zealand, we are unable to support exchanges through our online store.

Please notify us via email hello@bythehorns.co.nz (within 14 days of your purchase arriving) that you would like to return and/or exchange your item.
